I originally ordered a different colour, but unfortunately the item arrived faulty. I reached out to customer service and was genuinely impressed by how quickly they responded. They offered me the choice between a refund or a replacement, and since I really loved the Horizon Jacket, I opted for a replacement.
Sadly, the original colour I wanted was no longer available, but they kindly let me choose any other product instead—without asking for any additional cost. I ended up picking this colour, and I have absolutely no regrets!
The jacket itself is incredibly soft, warm, and cozy, and the colour is just perfect. I’ve already received so many compliments from friends and colleagues saying how cute it looks.
